I'm Chef Obed Servin and I grew up in various parts of Mexico. I gained my love for cooking through helping my dad in his taco stand. For many years the taco stand was only operated by my dad and I and through hard work and dedication, the business grew from 1 taco stand with 2 employees to multiple taco stands with several employees to opening up a restaurant that currently resides in Queretaro, Mexico and specializes in delicious, fresh and authentic Mexican cuisine. My experience for fast and delicious service is what I bring to Flaming Lava Grill and you should expect great service every single time.

I'm Chef Richard Molina and I grew up in San Fernando, CA where I studied international cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA. I have over 12 years of professional experience and my love for gourmet food and use of the grill came from working at various restaurants, including the Hilton Hotel, Buenos Aires Grill and the South Beverly Grill, who specializes in classic American cuisine, USDA Prime steaks and handcrafted sushi. Seeing my mom cook delicious Mexican home cooked meals filled with love, was what inspired me to become a chef. Cooking with love is my secret ingredient and you should expect that with every dish we prepare.
Our family owned Flaming Lava Grill Food Truck business is a lifelong dream of ours and we are extremely happy to share it with you. The name Flaming Lava Grill was inspired by the lava rocks we use for our flaming grill and our specialty is our gourmet grilled meats: Baby Back Ribs, Lemon Herb Chicken, Cajun Shrimp, Ahi Tuna, etc. It's not always easy to cook up a great gourmet meal in matter of minutes, but thanks to our experience of gourmet vs. taco stand backgrounds we are able to bring the best of both worlds to you.
